How We'll Choose Our Winners:

Kakuri Tools’ team will review all entries and select the winners based on the following evaluation points and submission requirements.

Meeting the Entry Guidelines:

To be considered, entries must follow all submission rules, including tagging and posting on the designated social media channels. Entries that don’t meet these conditions may be disqualified from judging.

1. Your Creations & How We Share Them

• You retain the copyright to any images or videos you submit. However, by entering, you grant Kakuri Tools the right to use your submissions on our official website, social media channels (including Instagram), and promotional materials. We may credit your name or account, but if you prefer to remain anonymous, please provide a nickname.
• Winners and standout participants may be invited for interviews, which could be used to promote the project or the Kakuri brand. Participation in interviews is entirely voluntary.

2. Your Privacy Matters to Us

• Any personal information you provide—such as your name and contact details—will be managed carefully according to privacy laws. We use this information only to:
• Manage the contest (notifications, prize delivery)
• Share campaign updates and promotions from Kakuri Tools
• Contact the winners for interviews

We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as needed to run the contest.

3. About the Prizes

• Winners select their prizes from our product catalog, which we send as gifts.
• Grand Prize: ¥50,000 worth of Kakuri products
• Excellence Awards (2 winners): ¥10,000 each in Kakuri products
  
  If you have special prize requests, let us know. We’ll ship your prize within five business days, subject to stock availability.
  

4. How We'll Notify the Winner

• We will contact winners via Instagram DM or email. If you don’t respond within three days, we will offer the prize to the next eligible participant.

5. Shipping the Prizes

• Prizes will be shipped within Kakuri’s delivery areas. If unforeseen circumstances prevent shipping, we will propose alternatives. Kakuri covers shipping fees and customs charges.
  

6. Product Changes and Returns

• Once shipped, prizes cannot be exchanged or changed. If a product is defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.

7. Campaign Modifications

• Kakuri Tools reserves the right to change, extend, or end the contest without prior notice.

8. Participant Responsibility

• All information you provide—such as your entry, name, address, and email—must be accurate. Providing false information may result in disqualification.

We want this to be a great experience for everyone. Please ensure all your info is accurate. Kakuri may need to adjust, end the contest, or ask that prizes be returned after the fact if unexpected things come up, like:

• Posting work that infringes on others’ copyrights
• Using fake accounts or unauthorized content from others
• Attempting to manipulate voting or judging processes unfairly
• Breaking contest rules, such as bypassing entry requirements improperly
